Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, contact service@aloumera.com We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

1. Send an e-mail to service@aloumera.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Please inform us of your order number when emailing us for a return or an exchange so we can quickly find your order information.
2. Follow up on the instructions we sent in the email.
3. Arrange your package at the local post office.(we not offer return label,you need pay return shipping fee), suggest use cheapest method to return.
4. Send us the return tracking number. (must), just every day, our center has many packages, if there are not tracking numbers, we can not check your package in time.
5. Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or refund to you.
6. If you need to return more than 3 items (including 3) we'll charge 10% handling from your total amount of these returns.

Shipping Free on orders over $99.00 USD Orders below $99.00 USD: $9.99 USD shipping fee.
All orders placed before 03:00 pm. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Transit times: United States: 5–8 business days.
We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to your order. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due to these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
